Our Approach

Individuele truffelceremonie

Our Approach

At Magnolia, we work with non-ordinary states of consciousness as a means for deepening, healing, and personal development. Our offerings include psilocybin-containing truffle experiences, breathwork, and cold exposure. Although these methods differ in form, they are grounded in the same underlying perspective on human consciousness, self-regulation, and psychological integration.

Our Vision

Non-ordinary states of consciousness can activate an “inner radar” that brings previously unconscious contents into awareness. These contents often carry strong emotional charge, are highly relevant in the present moment, and are directly accessible for processing. The integration process is guided by the client’s own inner healing intelligence.

While a truffle experience can serve as a powerful catalyst, this principle extends beyond psychedelics. Breathwork and cold exposure can also deepen or shift consciousness and provide access to the same inner experiential field. The method may differ; the underlying process remains consistent.

The client is the medicine — restoring the relationship with self, others, and the surrounding world.

Our Mission

Our work is rooted in a personalized approach based on insights from various scientific disciplines in combination with traditional practices. We believe that medical science and spiritual wisdom are not opposites, but can strengthen one another when integrated responsibly and with care.

From this perspective, we recognize a meaningful role for non-ordinary state practices — including psychedelics, breathwork, and cold training — within contemporary culture, provided they are applied responsibly and thoughtfully. Across cultures, these practices have been used for centuries for insight, transformation, and healing. Within our approach, they are placed in a modern, professional framework of preparation, guidance, and integration.

We ensure thorough preparation, a safe and well-supported experience — whether through truffles, breathwork, or cold exposure — and meaningful integration so that insights can be embodied and implemented in daily life.
